These terms apply when you access or use the Markexta website. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security or availability.
The website is intended to introduce the studio, show selected work and independent creative explorations, and make it easier to start a conversation.
No client contract is formed
Website content, availability shown in the scheduler, conversations and preliminary ideas are invitations to discuss a possible project. They are not a binding offer, quote, guarantee or client-services agreement.
A project begins only when Markexta and the client agree separate written terms covering scope, fees, timing, rights and other relevant details.
Content and intellectual property
Unless a credit states otherwise, the website and its design, branding, text, graphics, layouts, motion, code, images and other content are owned by or licensed to Markexta and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the site and share links to its public pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, republish, sell, license, scrape, distribute, remove credits from, create derivative works from, or use site content to train a model or build a competing collection without prior written permission or another valid legal right.
Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Display on this site does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
Portfolio context
The portfolio includes independent studies and fictional brand concepts created to demonstrate creative direction and execution. These are identified as concepts or explorations and should not be interpreted as commissioned client work.
Some imagery is generated or composited for art-direction purposes. Project descriptions, credits and context are intended to distinguish studio explorations from credited client work.
What you send us
You keep ownership of material you send by email or through a booking service. You give Markexta permission to use it only as reasonably needed to review your enquiry, respond, arrange a meeting and discuss a potential engagement.
Please do not send highly sensitive, regulated or confidential material through an initial enquiry. A submission does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment or agency relationship. If confidentiality is important, ask about a separate non-disclosure agreement before sharing the material.
Third-party services and links
The website links to or embeds services operated by others, including Cal.com. Their services, availability, accessibility, security and terms are controlled by them. Markexta is not responsible for third-party content or services, although we choose providers with care.
Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily imply endorsement. Review the third party’s terms and privacy information before using its service.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site useful, accurate and secure, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that every item will always be current, complete, uninterrupted or error-free. Website content is general information and is not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markexta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website.
