Who receives information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose it only when necessary for the purposes described above:

  • Cal.com. The booking interface is provided by Cal.com. For attendee booking data, Markexta determines the purpose and Cal.com processes that information on our behalf. Cal.com may also process limited service and security data for its own purposes. See Cal.com’s Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare. Cloudflare provides website delivery, security and, if enabled, privacy-first web analytics. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
  • Professional and legal recipients. Advisers, contractors, authorities or other parties where reasonably necessary to operate the studio, comply with law, protect rights or complete a business reorganisation.

Providers may process information in countries different from yours. Where privacy law requires it, we use providers that offer recognised transfer mechanisms or other appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking information only while it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a possible or active engagement, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Retention depends on the nature of the conversation and any resulting relationship, and records are reviewed when they are no longer active.

Technical and security records are retained according to the settings and retention schedules of our service providers. If you ask us to delete information, we will do so unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to certain uses; to withdraw consent; and to complain to your local data-protection authority.

To make a request, email contact@markexta.com. Please describe what you need. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. You will not be treated unfairly for exercising a privacy right.

Security and children

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect information, including encrypted connections and limited access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

This website is directed to businesses and adults. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the website, our providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top will show the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practical.

For any question or request about this policy, email contact@markexta.com. You can read more about browser technologies in our Cookie Policy.
